The art of teaching thrives on collaboration and the collective wisdom of mentors and supporters. My journey as an instructor and scholar has been profoundly shaped by numerous individuals whose guidance has been invaluable.
I owe a debt of gratitude to my mother and grandmother, who nurtured me with principles of discipline, respect, and social understanding. Their teachings have become the bedrock of my values and approach to life.
Reflecting on my school days, I extend sincere appreciation to my teachers, whose lessons I only fully grasped upon entering adulthood. Their imparted wisdom has become clearer with time, and for that, my respect for them has only deepened.
As I ventured to the United States to pursue a Master's in Industrial Engineering, I was a novice in the tools and methodologies of the field. It was here that I crossed paths with Professor Dr. Tapas K. Das, whose teaching and leadership have been a constant source of inspiration and motivation. His teachings have played a pivotal role in shaping my professional ethos.
I am also grateful to Dr. Walter Silva, who has been both a mentor and a friend. His tutelage has been instrumental in refining my skills as a Teaching Assistant, enriching my teaching methods, and enhancing my academic pursuits.
Further thanks are extended to the professors who have supported me in various capacities—Dr. Akith Shah, Dr. Alex Savachkin, Dr. Trung Le, and Dr. Kim Phat—each of whom has contributed uniquely to my growth. Additionally, I must mention my esteemed colleague Mr. Diwas, a Ph.D. candidate, whose camaraderie and shared insights have been particularly influential.
This journey has been an amalgamation of learning from others' experiences, insights, and the shared passion for education. It is with profound respect and heartfelt thanks that I acknowledge these individuals for their indelible impact on my development as an educator and a lifelong learner.
